Alma was the personification of the Soul Stone. She was one of the great Infinity Stones, one of the most powerful creatures in existence. Alma had many wielders and eventually she found her way to Earth. In her long existence, she had seen so much that formed her as a person, so much that led her to a life of regret and the need to make up for all the misery she had caused.

BIOGRAPHY

Alma is the human form of the soul gem, an infinity stone. In the beginning, Alma was part of an all-powerful being, along with the other gem stones. Within that being, they communicated with each other, felt something was wrong with it and when that being eventually committed suicide, they used its power to manifest themselves. They were gems at first, but eventually, they chose a human form to exist. She was first given to Adam Warlock who eventually was the first one to form a bond with her. Their time together didn’t last as she ended up in the hands of other ‘wielders’ and she had no other choice than to obey them. However, she had never been able to attack Adam in any way since the two of them were still connected. During that time, Alma did horrible things, some she enjoyed, some she hated herself for. She grew fonder and fonder of her dark side, slowly losing herself to it. In the aftermath of the infinity war, Alma changed, regretting what she had done in life, trying to be better.

WHAT’S THE SOUL WORLD ?
the soul world was created by alma, and she protects it with everything she has. it’s a place where all the souls she collected are brought to, living within her gem. within the soul world, everything is perfect and idyllic, whatever the individual needs for their life to be perfect, it’s in that soul world. unless alma already collected a soul, each person of the individual’s world is just a projection, created from the memories and thoughts of said individual. since everything is so perfect, the individuals hardly notice that this world isn’t real (for them). this way, they won’t try to escape the soul world and stay with her. however, there are a few strong individuals who won’t fall for her illusions and notice something being wrong with that world. they will realize it’s a lie and try to escape. escaping, however, is extremely hard. one needs to have a very strong soul to manage it or otherwise the only way to get out is through being released by alma herself.HOW IS SHE INVOLVED ?
alma loves watching each world. whether the individual is on their own or together with other collected souls. it fascinates her to see what defines perfection for each individual, to see what they desire the most. once she takes great interest in a world, alma would get involved herself, manipulating the souls’ memory to get them to think that alma belongs there. all those memories and desires, they feed her own desire immensely which is why she could never stop collecting souls. and she protects the world with everything she has.SOUL WORLD VS. every other being would say the soul world is fake, even though it feels so real. it’s a fake world that does not reflect what’s real, to her, however, the soul world is very real. it’s just as real as reality. alma doesn’t understand that her soul world is just an illusion created to keep souls from escaping. so, whenever someone says it’s not real, she’s so confused because it is real. who would want to live a life in pain and loss and death when there’s a perfect, idyllic world waiting for them to join it? alma simply doesn’t understand the difference between reality and the soul world; and while they are equal to her, she would still prefer the soul world.

ASTRID DOWLING-SILVA

Astrid Dowling-Silva was the daughter fo Farah Dowling and Saul Silva. Born as half-fairy, she inherited her mother's genetical Mind Magic. She was an empath and a rather powerful one too. Astrid was a curious young woman who had a strong sense for what was right and what was wrong.

Astrid was the daughter of Farah Dowling and Saul Silva. She was half fairy and half human and it was only when she turned six years old that she first showed signs of magic. With her mother's help, Astrid learned to control her powers although it would take her years to be completely comfortable with it on her own.Although she spent a lot of time growing up in Alfea, most of her childhood was spent in the little cottage on the country side that her parents had owned for years. Her happiest days were spent there.Once it was time for her to attend Alfea, Astrid became and eager student even though she had already learned a lot from her mother as well as from her time running around Alfea. She turned out to be one of the best students, unsurprising to everyone. On top of her magical classes, Astrid insisted on attending the Specialists' training, wanting to know how to defend herself without magic. Her father was eager to train her.

ALTERNATE UNIVERSE

When Astrid was just a baby, Rosalind and Andreas kidnapped her to raise her on their own. Their turned her into the perfect little soldier for their own causes. Once she turned sixteen, she was sent to Alfea in order to infiltrate the school and help Rosalind with her plans. Although she had already known that Saul and Farah were her parents, she had not expected it to change anything. However, getting to know them, growing closer to them, it shattered her world and everything she knew. She felt guilty for all the harm she caused because of Rosalind and couldn't understand why her parents didn't hate her. A skilled little fairy, it would take her a long time to rid herself of all the guilt and learn how to live as a normal teenager with loving parents.

Catelyn Stark was the oldest child of Hoster Tully and Minisa Whent. She once was promised to Brandon Stark. when her grandfather became bedridden, unable to act and rule over his vassals, catelyn decided to act and implemented herself as head of house tully. whereas her grandfather favored the greens, catelyn, who had been princess rhaenys targaryen’s companion throughout her childhood, favored the black. especially after the death of the princess, catelyn refused to show and allow any kind of support for the greens in the riverlands. catelyn sent her cousin elmo to lead the riverlords to battle to fight for rhaenyra. after her grandfather’s death, she officially became the head of her house.
AN: default will be with ned existing in this verse as well although he is not the lord of winterfell. a marriage was arranged between the two of them which proved to be a fortunate thing for both of them since they grew to love each other deeply. this can of course be changed.SURVIVAL AU: in which catelyn didn't die during the red wedding but was held a prisoner. she cannot say how long she had been held at the twins but her rescue took a long time. it left her scarred (mentally and physically) but it did not break her.MODERN AU: catelyn works either as a teacher or a nurse. Cecilia Dupton was victor of the Hunger Games from District 8. After her Games, she took on a rather motherly persona towards the tributes that followed her. In the Capitol, she was often called the Mother of Panem for how caring she could be despite how she could be quite the opposite too. Cecilia entered the 75th Hunger Games again, barely surviving and joining the rebellion.

cecilia was born to a poor family of district eight. she also had a twin sister, tyva. the two of them were inseparable, you would never see the two of them apart. though they didn’t have as much fortune as other families did, their life wasn’t bad in any way. they enjoyed life in district eight if only for the fact they always found something new to do in their freetime.
their education was very simple, it was mostly their mother who taught them everything they had to know because school only taught them the very basics. their father rarely took part in educating these two as he felt like there was nothing he could teach them. still, he made sure to teach them various other things, things that would help them with the work in the district.
one day, cecilia and tyva were at school, there had been an accident in the factory. several workers were harmed, some have died. unfortunately, their mother had died that day. it was only then their father started to take care of their education.cecilia took part in the games at the age of fifteen. most have forgotten she volunteered in order to keep her sister from the games. they might have been the same age, but cecilia knew she would have better chances to come back than tyva. though she thought her own chances to be very slim as well.
right from the beginning, she hated her escort. she was ignorant, didn’t really care about them and hardly ever spoke to them. it were their mentors who tried their best to prepare her and her partner for the games.
the arena took place in an abandoned industrial area. it reminded her very much of her own district and she thought it to be an advantage.
during her training, cecilia learned she was quite skilled with a sword and it became her weapon of choice during her games.
the killed two tributes during her games, barely survived and had to be taken great care of once back in the capitol.
though cecilia has always been a real beauty, she wasn’t used a capitol toy like some other tributes were. so she returned to her district, moving to the victor’s village
the relationship with her sister had been somewhat strained in the beginning, though they eventually returned to normal.
shortly after her return, she met cris dupton.cris had been a victor of district eight himself, five years prior to her own games. he would become her best friend, someone who could understand what she had been through and who could help her heal.
they became a couple three years later and got married shortly after her 22nd birthday. they would have three sons whom they loved more than anything.
cecilia would act as mentor for the tributes of her district for she was the most motherly one of them all. not a skilled fighter, she would be there for the emotional support while her partner would teach them about survival.
during her time as mentor, she got to know effie trinket and eventually befriended her.
for a while, life was good. not ideal, but enough.
little did they know it would be cecilia herself who would end up in the arena once again. needless to say she was more than panicked as well because she knew she wouldn’t stand a chance against the other victors.POST MOCKINGJAY.
cecilia lost her oldest son during the rebellion. her husband decided to stay in the capitol to help effie. cecilia and her other two sons moved back to the victor’s village in district 8. they help building up their community. cecilia makes it a habit to regularly visit the remaining victors to make sure they are coping.

Philippe was born in 1286 BC as Alcides Leontothymos. His family had not been one of incredible wealth and his parents had not been so sure if their son would make it. Even in his youth he was said to look like a God and later his incredible strength and extraordinary journeys were what crafted a legend around him. Millennia later, he would serve as the origin of the stories about Heracles.In 1183 BC, Alcides was mortally wounded during a fight. So sure that he would meet his end, he asked the Gods for a second chance, knowing he could do so much more. As if they had heard his pleas, a strange woman appeared by his side – for a while he wasn’t so sure if she was truly there. The woman made an offer to Alcides, a second chance, a life without sickness or pain. Unwilling to accept death just yet, he agreed to take that offer. Pleased with his choice, the woman turned him into a Vampire.Whereas he had been strong and godlike as a human already, it seemed to have only improved now that he was truly immortal. His thirst was immense and his temper was fierce. It took his maker a lot of patience to guide him to the first few months of his new life. But Alcides was eager to learn. He thrived in this new life. Whatever she had to teach him, he would listen and take it all in. In return, there was little he wouldn’t do for her. On a rainy night in 194 AC, the screams of a baby filled the halls of Dragonstone. Maegelle Targaryen was born as the youngest child and only daughter of Baelor Targaryen and his wife Jena Targaryen. Even from a young age, her parents has been able to tell that she was different than her older brothers.Where Valarr and Matarys were more quiet and collected, Maegelle liked to be a whirlwind. Her mother would jest that she must have gotten her energy from the storm gods' blessing. As she got older, Maegelle seemed to quiet down a bit, although it was truly just her learning to be more in control about herself.Maegelle loved to leave the castle to spend time among the commoners. Although she knew around the risks, she loved to feel like one of them from time to time. It kept her grounded.In 209 AC, she insisted on joining her father and brother on the journed to the tourney in honor of Lord Ashford's daughter. She wanted to experience being among knights and commoners. Her father forbade from going out alone but Maegelle could not resist to join festivities in the evening. She had to sneak out.When her father died in the Trial of Seven, Maegelle was absolutely devastated. She blamed Aerion for his death. Heartbroken, she returned home to her mother. From then on, she rarely ever snuck out to spend time around commoners, rather staying with her family.Although the Great Spring Sickness befell her as well, by some miracle she survived it if only barely. Her brothers had not been as fortunate. The storm inside her had quietened down almost completely.

Elinor was born as the youngest child and only daughter to Lord Edmyn and Lady Nessa Redfort. Lord Redfort had not been too pleased when she was born, having hoped to get another boy. Her mother, however, had been rather joyous. Growing up with four older brothers, Lin had taken after them quite a lot. Despite the best efforts of the septas, Lin didn't quite turn out as a proper lady.Lin learned all the manners of a proper lady but she found great passion in being wild and free. She trained with her brothers, loved the fight and dreamed about being a knight like her second oldest brother turned out to be. When Elinor was about to turn fifteen, her father announced her betrothal to some older lord who was in need of a new bride. The day before the wedding, two weeks after her fifteenth birthday, Elinor ran.With only her mare as a companion, she rode for a few days before she was found by a knight. Lin had been on her way to Saltpans when Ser Byron Swann found her. He was a stoic man and had agreed to take her to the next village as she had lied to him about her identity and intentions. The two travelled to Palisade Village.Byron found out that she had been lying about her identity (she never found out how) and confronted her. Lin fiercely told him that she would not let others make decisions about her life for her so she fled. It seemed as if Byron was impressed by her determination. Unconventionally, he allowed her to be his squire.Over the next few years, they travelled together and he taught her everything about the life a knight that he knew. He was an honorable man though he often made her furious. Still, she learned a lot from him. Elinor had asked him a few times if he would make her a knight as well. Upon the sixth time, he finally said yes.
